Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed on this website will ship within 1-3 business days of being received via UPS. In the case this is not possible (due to a backorder situation or other delay) your order will ship within 4-10 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). If your order will be delayed more than 10 business days you will be notified via email immediately after we become aware of the situation.
Return Policy
Frolicking Frog stands behind its products. We want you, the customer, to be 100% satisfied with your order.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order please e-mail us so that we can issue you a Return Authorization Number of your unused item with all tags attached and in the original packaging for an exchange or credit. Full credit is given less original shipping cost.
All packages received without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the label will not be accepted.

Exchange and returns not allowed after 14 days from your receipt of the order.
Can I have my order shipped to another address?
Yes. Often, our customers place orders for products for gifts for their family and friends. To do so, simply complete the "Ship To" fields and we'll ensure that your order is delivered according to your specifications.
